Digital Footprint Optimisation (DFO)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Digital Footprint Optimisation (DFO) service provided by Right Choice Digital Marketing Group (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using the DFO service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our DFO service includes no hidden costs, and include admin fees, set up costs, application subscription, account management, and project management, fees, strategy development, search engine optimization inclusions, digital presence auditing, AI-enhanced content development, integrated premium SEO features, and tailored digital marketing solutions. The scope and deliverables will be defined in your specific service agreement or package.
To secure our services a payment equivalent to one month subscription must be made upfront. Work begins immediately. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are excluding local taxes unless otherwise stated. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered. If you believe there has been a billing error or if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of service commencement to discuss your concern.

We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law. You agree not to disclose our proprietary processes or documentation.
All custom strategies, reports, and materials developed during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Right Choice Digital Marketing Group unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use them for your own business purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use, or inability to use, our services. In any case, our total liability to you will be limited to an amount equal to the fees you paid for one (1) month of services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice to support@rcwebexperts.com. If terminated, you will be invoiced equivalent to no more than one-month subscription termination fee for any work or service prebooked on the clients behalf agreed to within our partner network up to the termination date. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and notified to you by email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. However, where required by applicable law, disputes may also be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore.
